Mark is a proud father and husband. He left a 15-year career in finance to follow his heart and passion for carpentry. Mark’s main focus is custom deck design and construction.

Zach is a husband and family man. He enjoys transforming raw materials into something great, that can be enjoyed by others for years to come. Building has long been a hobby for Zach, and he says it’s a dream come true that this is his occupation.

Joel is proud to call Tennessee his home since 2022. He was born & raised in Wales, UK. He is a husband & father of one. Joel always strives to be a better version of himself. Carpentry is his passion and has forever given him a sense of purpose and satisfaction. 

Justin and his wife Shannon have two beautiful and wild little boys that’s their world. Having learned how to build from both of his grandfathers, Justin returned to his roots after 15 years in nursing and decided to follow his dreams and made building his full time career.
